“پولیس اور تمام اداروں پر یہ واضح ہونا چاہیے کہ اگر کسی شخص کو عدالت عبوری ضمانت (interim bail) دے تو اسے کسی بھی دوسرے کیس میں تب تک گرفتار نہیں کیا جا سکتا جب تک ضمانت دینے والی عدالت اجازت نہ دے”
پشاور ہائی کورٹ نے اس فیصلے کو پشاور کے تمام اضلاع میں موجود ڈسٹرکٹ/سیشن/ایڈیشنل ججز تک پہنچانے کی ہدایات بھی جاری کر دیں
