supreme court issued notification to election commission of Pakistan in order to delay in election.

the impugned order dated 22-3-2023 made by election commission of  Pakistan is declared to be unconstitutional, without lawful authority or jurisdiction , void ab initio of no legal effect and is here by quashed. neither the constitution nor the law empowers the commission to extend date of election beyond 90 days period as provided in article of constitution.
