on may 2019 punjab government issued notification to grant of utilty allowance to the officers.
Punjab government is pleased to grant utility allowance in favor of officers BS-17 to BS-19 posted in Punjab civil secretariat and drawing their salaries from pay rolls. 15000 has been given to BS-17, 20000 will be given to BS-18, and 25000 will be given to BS-19.
