The Finance Division Govt of Pakistan issued a notification vide No. F.1(2)-R-5/2022 dated 14-04-2022. In this notification the Special allowance 2021 @ 15 of the running Basic pay to Civil Employees of 04 establishment of Frontier Corps with effect from 01.03.2022 till further order subject to condition of notification.

Subject: – GRANT OF SPECIAL ALLOWANCE 2021 TO THE CIVIL EMPLOYEES OF FRONTIER CORPS
The Federal Government has been pleased to sanction Special allowance 2021 @ 15% of the running basic pay to civil employees of 04 establishments of Frontier Corps with effect from 01.03.2022 till further orders, subject to the conditions that the said allowance;
- Will be admissible during leave and entire period of LPR except during extra ordinary leave;
- Will not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of Pension/Gratuity and recovery of House Rent;
- Will not be admissible to the employees during the tenure of their posting/deputation abroad;
- Will be subject to Income Tax;
- Will be admissible to the employees on their repatriation from posting/deputation abroad at the rate and amount which would have been admissible to them, had they not been posted abroad;
- Will be admissible during the period of suspension.
