Pension Form CSR-25 Federal Govt 2016

Government of Pakistan, Finance Division has issued the official Notification No F. 12(9)-Reg.6/2012-474 on 2nd April 2016 regarding Pension Form. In this notification, the Pension Form CSR-25 Simplified and Revised. 

With this notification, the following forms are revised as under: –

• Pension Form to Be Used in Case of Superannuation / Retiring / Invalid / Compensation / Compulsory Retirement

• Family Pension Form 

• Application / Certificates to Be Given by the Pensioner for Pension / Gratuity / Commutation 

• Application for Family Pension

• Life Certificate Form

• No Marriage Certificate
