Details of Admissions Notice for Lady Health Visitor LHV

The Health Services Academy (PHSA) Peshawar, a constituent training and research institute of the Department of Health, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting applications from suitable female candidates for the Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Diploma Course 2024-26. The course is offered at four public health schools in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, Abbottabad, and Dera Ismail Khan.

Admissions Details:

Eligibility Criteria

• Matriculation with Science or equivalent with at least 45% marks
• FSc (Pre-Medical) with at least 45% marks
• Age limit: Minimum 14 years and maximum 35 years

Seats

• Self-finance seats are available for all candidates.
• Separate forms and fees are required for self-finance seats.
• The merit list will be prepared based on matriculation science marks (70%) and FSc (pre-medical) marks (30%).
• Hafiz-e-Quran candidates will be awarded two marks for each memorized Quranic chapter.
• One seat in each public health school is reserved for disabled candidates.
• Three seats are reserved for minority candidates in Peshawar, Abbottabad, and Dera Ismail Khan public health schools.

• Public Health School Hayatabad, Peshawar: Swabi, Mardan, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, Kohat, Hangu, Orakzai, Bajaur (10 open merits, 10 self-finance seats)
• Public Health School Abbottabad: Abbottabad, Mansehra, Haripur, Torghar, Kohistan, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Kolai Pas (5 self-finance seats, 10 open merit seats)
• Public Health School Dera Ismail Khan: D.I. Khan, Bannu, North Waziristan, Lakki Marwat, South Waziristan (10 self-finance seats)
