School Closing Notification From 25-05-2024 of Punjab School Education Department vide No SO(A-I)1-31/2022 dated 20th May 2024. The Punjab School Education Department decided to close the public and private schools from 25th May 2024 to 31st May 2024 due to temperature and heat wave in Punjab Province. The Schools allowed to conduct examinations as scheduled, with necessary precautions.

In view of surge in temperature and heat wave in the province, all public and private schools shall remain closed from for seven day with effect from 25th May 2024 to 31st May 2024.
2. However, schools will be allowed to conduct examinations as scheduled, with necessary precautions to ensure safety of students.
