College University Timing Notification of Higher Education Department 2024 issued vide No. SO(A-II)1-1/2001(P) dated 8th January 2024. The Punjab Higher Education Department decided to reopen all private and public Colleges and Universities following the timing and schedule as given in the Notification i.e. 09:30 AM till 22nd January 2024.

It is hereby notified that all the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), both in the Public and Private Sectors, under the jurisdiction of the Higher Education Department (HED) Punjab, will observe the following timings:

Note: From 10th to 22nd January 2024, the students will be allowed to wear jackets along with their usual uniforms.
