Amendment In Rule 9 of Pay Revision Rules 1978 and Premature increment on Up-gradation of Posts 28th January 2022 onward
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Finance Division issued an notification which is contains Amendment in Rule 9 of pay revision rules 1978 Notification No. FD.S.O.(PRC)/1-2/77 Dated 30-05-2014
It would take effect from the actual date of up-gradation of each post or charge assumption of concerned employee whichever is later. Furthermore, Ruel 9 of pay Revision Rules 1978 shall stand amended with effect from the date and to extent indicated in Notification.

Subject: AMENDMENT IN RULE 9 OF PAY REVISION RULES 1978 GOVT OF KPK 2014
The Competent Authority has been pleased to approve amendment in Rule 9 of Pay Revision Rules 1978 and sanction premature increment on up-gradation of posts 28th January 2002 onward. It would take effect from the actual date of up-gradation of each post or charge assumption of concerned employee whichever is later.
