Details of UHS Punjab MDCAT 2024 – Admittance Card Issuance and Entry Instructions

The University of Health Sciences, Lahore, will conduct the Medical & Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2024 on Sunday, September 22, 2024. This exam will be held in 12 cities across Punjab, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwal, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Sialkot, and Sargodha.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Obtaining the Admittance Card

Mandatory Requirement: To participate in the MDCAT, candidates must possess an admittance card issued by the university. This card will contain the candidate’s roll number and exam center details.

1. Download Process: Registered candidates for the Punjab MDCAT can download their admittance cards from the University of Health Sciences website (www.uns.edu.pk) starting Thursday, September 12, 2024. Click on the “Download MDCAT-2024 Admittance Card” link.
2. Login Credentials: To access your admittance card, you will need to enter your name and the last four digits of your CNIC/passport/form.
3. Important Note: Ensure that you enter your name exactly as it appears on your PMDC registration. Any discrepancies may prevent you from downloading your admittance card.

Entry Instructions for Exam Centers

1. Entry Time: The entry gates to exam centers will open at 8:00 AM. Centers will be sealed at 9:00 AM, and latecomers will not be allowed entry.
2. Exam Timing: The MDCAT will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 1:30 PM.
3. Prohibited Items: Candidates are strictly prohibited from bringing the following items into the exam centers: cell phones, calculators, books, notes, weapons, bags, electronic devices (smartwatches, digital watches, headphones, Bluetooth devices, metal items), etc.
4. Mandatory Items: Candidates must bring the following items to the exam center: original CNIC/JC/NICOP/passport/form or family registration certificate (photocopies are not acceptable), admittance card printouts, a clear and transparent clipboard, two blue/black ballpoint pens, and a 500ml transparent water bottle.

Important Note:

• Candidates who fail to bring the required documents and admittance card printout will not be allowed to take the exam.
• Personal belongings of candidates will not be stored at the exam centers.
• Any candidate found using unfair means, such as a mobile phone, will face disciplinary action.
