The Chief Minister of Punjab has inaugurated the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Housing Scheme in Punjab 2024. In this regard, the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar portal has been launched.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif visited the model house Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz inspected every part of the model house. CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif observed a 3D printer at an IDAP stall Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was informed about the eco-friendly brick type “Coraico Block”. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the Apni Chaat Apna Ghar Model House. The CM Maryam Nawaz also launched the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar portal.

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme – Eligibility Criteria
| Sr. No. | ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA |

| 1 | Applicant should not have a criminal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities heinous crimes, etc. |
| 2 | Applicant is a permanent resident of Punjab as per his/her CNIC. |
| 3 | Applicant is the sole owner and possessor of a parcel of land measuring 5 Marla or less in urban areas and land up to 10 Marla in rural areas anywhere in Punjab, on the date of online application submission, wherein he/she intends to build his/her house. |
| 4 | The applicant is registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) in a household having a PMT score of 60 or less. |
| 5 | Applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any financial institution/ bank etc. |
| 6 | Applicant should not have a criminal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities and heinous crimes, etc. |
