Executive Allowance Notification 2024 of Federal Govt issued by the Finance Division of Pakistan vide No. 10(16)R-3/2022-544 dated 01-01-2024.

The Finance Division issued an office memorandum on 01-01-2024 regarding the Executive Allowance for the officers in BPS 17-22 posted in the Establishment Division including officers on Special Duty and officers awaiting for posting with effect from 01.01.2023.

Subject: Grant of Executive Allowance to BS 17-22 Officers Working in the Federal Secretriate and ICT Field Administration

The undersigned is directed to refer to Establishment Division’s O.M. No. 6-1/2023/Cash dated 04-12-2023 on the above subject and to say that all the officers in BPS 17-22 (excluding Private Secretaries), posted/working in the Establishment Division including Officers on Special Duty (OSDs) and officers awaiting for posting are entitled to Executive Allowance w.e.f. 01-01-2023 and to be dealt with in the light of the Finance Division’s O.M. of even No. dated 19th July 2022 shall accordingly stand amended w.e.f. 01-01-2023.

2. Further, Executive Allowance is meant for the performance of duties while posted/working in the Federal Secretariat. In this regard, the terms and conditions for the admissibility of the Executive Allowance during any kind of leave/ scholarship shall be the same as other allowances admissible across the board in the Federal Government.
